Hi People

Hey people just a quick hello, im Craig i live in Kent, England and came across this forum a couple days ago and i have to say it is so inspiring to see what people have achieved through a bit of hard work and will power!! I have gained so much weight over the last 2 years, i lost my girlfriend, my job, my confidence everything just seemed hopeless to me and i just kinda got stuck with the fact i was going to be an overweight loser the rest of my life!

but having seen what many people have acheived on here it has kinda given me a kick up the backside, i am 20 years old, 5 ft 10 in. and i weigh in at 236lbs. If it wasnt for me playing Football i'd be even heavier and more out of shape!! There are so many things i want to do, like be able to go swimming, or go to the beach, or be able to walk around my own house now and then without my shirt on and not have to worry and be disgusted at how bad i look!! It is my own fault yes, but its time to stop feeling sorry for myself and get my arse into gear and fix it!!

I can't really afford to join a gym right now so it is really going to be all about eating right and being able to excercise by means outside of the gym, so running, biking etc. i guess.

Any advice or pointers or anything that could be of any help to me your words would be extremely encouraging and much appreciated!! Either on here or check my profile and both AOL and MSN contacts are there.

Take care guys (sorry i wrote so much lol)

Craig.
