I'm new to this forum but am thankful for the advice I have already received. I have been a healthy eater and gym-goer for the past 7 years, but lately I have a busier schedule, and tend to drink more often after a long day or week at work. Not good, I know! Plus I tend to eat more when I drink. I am really going to work on that. Champagne is my weakness on weekends! Anyway, I'll here looking for tips and to read the stories of others.
This guy made a bet with his coworkers that he could lose 10 pounds in 10 days on the chili diet! All he would eat is chili! He actually lost 7 lbs but had to bow out early because all of the acid reflux problems.
