Red face Hi (: I'm new!

Hi everyone! :-)

My names Alison. I guess you'll need some information...

I'm 5'2" and I weigh around 145...which is overweight for my height...slightly...
Prom is coming up--May 4th. I'm fine with my weight, I could care less, but what I want is the whole "flat tummy" look, or even better, to be more toned...and I'd really like to achieve that goal by the time prom comes around, or at least summer.

I've been watching my calorie intake and drinking LOTS of water. I'm pretty lazy and I don't exercise very much, and when I do, it's very minimal.

I'm on a tight budget so going to the gym really isn't an option, although, I do have a weight set in my basement.

Any suggestions and/or ideas to help me achieve my goal?

Thanks!

Hello and welcome to the forum. If you want to get toned you are gonna need to exercise. You could use the weights you have though and for your cardio you could walk in you area. You could probably walk at your high school's track, too. Good luck!

its probably the smaller changes to your lifestyle that will make the most impact, simple things like parking further away from places so you have to walk, switching normal milk to non-fat etc and that kind of things. Downgrade your combo when you have takeout
