Rep Power: 0 | | | Help! my body shape Hi there,
I recently descovered this forum and I can see how it greatly help people to loose weight ans stay in fitness. So I'm so glad to find this. And thanks!
On to my problem:
I'm 25 year old undergraduate, and within next month I ll be graduating. Before I got in to 4 year degree, I was concerend about my look and execersised (which also due to weight gain) and loss many pounds. In the university I did some rowing but couldnt keep up with the studies so I had to quit. Since my course will be over within next 2 weeks, I m back with my targets in fitness, and when it comes to target, I m a pretty focused and Its a good habit I have. Ok my real problem is my body shape. I m a 25 year old boy but I have areal curvy body that looks like a womans body. I m so ashamed of my body shape and I dont know if I can shape it up. Please tell me whether this kind of shape can be improved?. Anyway I m hoping to go through a routine which I hope to acrry on:
My routine is 30-40 mins of jogging
20 mins of cardio execersise which altogether count up to about an hour before going to work in the morning - 7 days of the week
After 4 weeks I m hoping to get in to a gym and put my self on some fitness workout to shape my body. - As I heard which would be 3 days a week
[with morning execesise]
So will my routine really help me?
I also wants to go in swimming which really effective but the body shape s killing me not to put my self on a swimming trunk.
Please I need some advise, Thanks!!!! |

I don't see a womanly shape to your body.
I do wish you luck, and hope you stick around.
Best Wishes. =]

Rep Power: 357932 | | | I'd strongly suggest reading the stickied threads around the forum... you've got a lot of cardio in your routine but no strength training... while Idon't agree that you've got a womanly shape - Weight lifting couldn't hurt that.
an appropriate diet (again, read the stickied threads in nutrition) will help get rid of the extra fat you want gone... and you will get to where you want to be

Try weight training, looks like you need the bulk.
