Smile new try

I am going to stop eating all the phoney sweeteners and extra low fat stuff.
I will try to eat what I like in smaller portions ,and I am starting a weight lifting (light) program..suited for my age (58).

Age 58 doesn't necessarily equal light weights...

For women - strength training is a good preventative measure against osteoporosis.. so don't think you have to limit yourself to light weights..
