Motivation for newbie

Hi,

I'm new here. Quick intro: six foot, 290 ish pounds. I really would like to lose weight for my own health more than anything. Whenever I start trying I lose a few pounds quite quickly, but it never lasts. Its not because I try to do things that are too difficult for me to achieve, its just I never feel motivated. I am really struggling to find that motivation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
