Hi all! I've read alot on this forum and I've learned alot. Seems like when I find the answer to 1 question, 10 more come up...

Well, a little about me... I'm a big guy, 395 pounds and a diabetic. I just recently found out the latter a couple of months ago :P

I gained the weight from sitting behind a computer all day programming and then going home, gaming at night or watching sports on the tv, and drinking beer.... I love beer.

I still do the above but now I exercise at lunch and I watch what I eat a little better and I don't drink.

Yeah, I'm a mess but I'm working on one problem at a time. I have a great wife and daughter that support me 101% !
