A little about me i have been pretty small all my life i did 7 years in the US Marine Corps i got out and did no kind of exercise for 4 months and i gained about 60lbs i now weigh 205-199 and i don't want to be the guy that people look at and say wow you were a MARINE! so i will get my self back in shape i joined the YMCA which is across the street from where i work so i go in the mornings to work out for 1 hr 3-5 times a week i'm undecided on the amount of days i will go but i will be doing 10 minutes cardio weight lift for 45 minues then 10 minutes cardio again and one day out of the week i will be doing cardio for 1 hr straight i like the spin classes but WOW my butt hurts after i went 2 days ago the class is a hr also. My target weight is 150 i will settle for 160 if i look pretty toned.
I have cut out all soda,coffee,candies,snacks unless 100 calorie type or other wise healthy.
