Hi everyone, I'm new here. Definitely not new to trying to lose weight, and gaining it back. I think over the last five years I have lost and regained the same 20 lbs a dozen times. I haven't been more than 10 lbs away from 180, and it's unbelievably frustrating sometimes. At one point a long time ago, I had peaked over 210, and made some great changes to my habits then, and have kept most of them, but I just don't seem to have the same kind of metabolism as everyone else seems to, but I sure as heck have as good an appetite!
Anyways, hi. I'm gonna go have a look around.

trust me, your metabolism is the same as everyone elses. You are just eating a few to many calories so that weight keeps creeping back on. Its probably one or two small things that are the culpret, once you figure what they are then you will be sweet and set for life.
