Hi! I'm , 40 years old, mother of 3 girls, french , need to practice english, and too fat ! Whoever wants to practice his/her french whisle encouraging me is welcome! I've always had a problem with food, a history of love and hate...but at least we all know that if we eat less we do lose weight ! SO WHY CANT WE DO IT !!!!

I took 3 years of french in high school (about 10 years ago) and didnt think I remembered anything until I started taking a Spanish class here recently. All of the sudden, I am coming up with french words I had no clue that I even knew. LOL...seems that there are some similarities in French and Spanish and the french is slowly coming back to me!

I lost 8 kilos last year, just counting calories. But gained almost 3 back due to the holidays. I made reservations for a vacation in San Diego, California 2 weeks ago, so now I am getting desperate I need to look decent in a bikini
I tried fasting every other day last week, but just lost 1 pound (0.5kg). So I joined a gym... I am going to cycling classes every other day, and i will try to go every day as soon as I can feel my legs again (the first class was hard).
So that's my plan: exercise and eat healthy (I'm a vegetarian).
Hope we can both be ready for the summer!
