WELCOME>.....I am not familiar with the BITE diet, but HONESTLY is sound like TOO LITTLE, and if YOU COMPLETELY cut out the SODA, I bet you'll get MORE results and FASTER.....also are YOU EXERCISING... ? THAT DEFINITELY RUSHES the WEIGHT LOSS process and EVENTUALLY starts MAKING YOU FEEL GREAT!....I am ROOTING for YOU!

you aren't going to get very far on those types of "diets". they aren't healthy, they don't do your body any good and honestly, they don't work. if you want to lose weight for your wedding, thats great but there are healthy ways to do it that WORK and are doable in the long term. i suggest you take a look around the board and educate yourself on nutrition and exercise. good luck! and congratulations on your upcoming wedding!!!

I'm sure with Slimfast and other like "plans" the pounds come off, but it's not likely to be permanent. I too have lost weight with Slimfast, and many other methods but always gain it back, often plus some.

A more permanent solution is to keep track of calories (healthy choices and portions) and an exercise routine. There are alot of tools on this website to help determine a healthy caloric goal in order to lose weight.

Gratz on the upcoming wedding! and Good luck on your weightloss!
