Once and for all I've decided that I need to nail this constant issue I have with dieting ... I am 32 and have been fighting (never sucessfully) with my weight since I started university when I was 18 ...
I am now back at uni as a mature student and I feel as though I'm getting my life on the track it should be on eventually so it's time to have the same conviction to sort out my weight ...
I have a long way to go (I want to lose almost half of my body weight) so I may be here a long time ... but for now I just wanted to say hello ...
