My name is Jessica I'm 24 years old and getting married next summer. My FI and I have started the no carb diet to help us loose weight. We will also be exercising 3 or 4 times a week. I weigh 160 lbs now and I'm about 5'7" tall! I used to be 130 when I met my FI so thats what I'd like to go back to!
