this is the first time ive been on one ov these sites! im usually pretty slim but have just had a baby and put a ton of weight on. its my second child and although i put on weight last time, i found it easy to lose (probably cuz i was younger and fitter then!!) anyway ive joined weight watchers but im not seeing fast results like i want to. yesterday i bought the 18in4 diet off the net and today ive stocked up on the food i need for that, i start the diet itself tomorrow so ill let you all know if it works- im a bit dubious myself but we'll see! i weigh in at 11 1/2 stone at the moment and my goal is 8 1/2 which is my pre-pregnancy weight. I started dieting 2 weeks after my baby was born and shes now 8 weeks old. in that time ive only lost half a stone so i hope this diet works!! xx amber xx

There is a thread in the "Weight Loss Programs" section that details this program.. good luck.. you'll need it if you wanna keep the weight off long term.
