Rep Power: 74 | | | Welcome Hugo First I want to say welcome. And I never got into the lost thing until now. We are watching all the seasons to get caught up.
You will find much support here and will enjoy this bumpy road. It is great that you are working out. Have you set any calorie goals? I think that is the harder than rolling my butt out of bed and working out. Well good luck to you and welcome.

Tina | I have just figured out that my caloric intake shoudl be about 2200 and I am currently around 1900 so I am under what I should be at but probably not enought to lose signifigant weight. Not sure if working out and keeping the same intake will help or if I need to reduce more.

Rep Power: 74 | | I am not sure about that. I have heard that you do need to fuel your body for a good workout. I would say to look in the sticky threads. There are to people I would ask they are maleficent and Steve. They really seem to know the right way to do things. They are honest and want people to have the right info for success. Good Luck! Tina

Rep Power: 1674 | | | I will defintly look into those thanks for the information. You are right I have heard of increased calorie intake to fule a good work out but man I have a hard time feeling good about increaseing my calories while trying to lose weight. Then again what I have been doing is not working so maybe I do need to change my thought, or go against what I previously thought.
Thanks for making me think.

Good to see you here. I'm new, too, and I feel ya, man. Trying to find time with all the different things pulling you every way, it's tough. I have to hand it to you, though. Getting up a couple hours early isn't easy. I've tried it in the past, but I always seem to have a good excuse for sleeping in.
Good luck, and keep us posted.
