
OK this is what I think be it right or wrong. Is there a reason other than just not wanting to workout? Is there something about the
gym that you don't like maybe the spin class? I would never do a spin class because I know it is very hard. So I do other things that I love like step class, kick boxing. Things like that. I had a
gym membership once and I could not afford it anymore so now I do things outside that work as well as going to the
gym.
You have said in the past that you want better looking legs well that is not going to happen by just wishing. You can do this you are the one holding the cards. Find the strength you need to get back into the game. Maybe take your measurements and set a
goal with them. That is what I do the number on the scale does not bother me I don't care if I am 165 now my pant size is going down. And that is what I want. So I don't know if any of this makes since at all. I am not a pro but I do know that with work you can do this. So again pick yourself up and go to the
gym and stop wasting the fee by not using it. Good luck to you I will check in on you again. Tina
