Red face New Kid

Hello All,
I'm new to the site.

Since Dec 26th I have lost 25lbs. My goal is to lose about 30 more. I'm 5'1' and weigh 165 lbs. I would like to be in the 120s. Although 115 would be nice.

I joined a gym in Dec and love it. My normal routine is 4 days of cardio(Spinning and Treadmill) 2 days weight training. I worked with a training at the beginning. She gave me a pretty good WT routine to follow. I usually do the full body workout. I try to change it up every week. I really hate WT. I love cardio much more. I know the WT is just as important.

I'm hoping you guys will be there for my ups and downs of this journey I'm to to get to size 6 again.

Talk to you soon

Welcome to the board. Congrats on your weight loss so far. I'm the opposite of you. I like weight training but cardio, uh, not so much.

Unhappy How did you get the ticker

I went to the website and created one. I did a copy and paste of it in my signature and got "Invalid URL".

What's up with that??????
