Just wanted to say Hi

Hi everyone! I'm Donna from NC and just happened across this forum when I clicked on the 18in4 diet ad...What a joke, huh? Anyway, I'm married to a guy from Texas that I met online. I started out with 2 girls and now have 4 girls and a boy. Wow what a difference! I've started diets for the last 2 years now and instead of losing, I've gained even more because I don't stick to them. I need to lose about 50+ pounds to be happy with myself again. Of course the hubby says I'm fine but I'm not fine in my eyes...
So anyway just wanted to introduce myself to ya....

Now that you have a big family, it's time to think really hard about the lifestyle you want for your family and yourself.

As a recovering yo-yo dieter, I can sympathise.

As far as your goal to lose 50lbs, are you following any particular eating and/or exercise plan?

That's because diets do not work...

you have to change your lifestyle -and your eating and exercise habits - and you will lose the weight you want and keep it off...

Hello and welcome. This forum is a wealth of support, advice and suggestions. I know exactly what you mean about dieting. I've been on and off different diets for the last few years and they worked for a little while. Not to mention, I was also taking diet pills and that really didn't help me any. I needed to learn how to change my lifestyle completely...eating habits, exercise etc...I have quite a ways to go in my weight loss but I'm sure I'll get there...just like you will!! Good luck!
