Hello Board!
Just wanted to introduce myself, I am brand new and am glad that I found this place! I live in the Seattle area, work around here and have struggled with my weight for many years. I've been pretty good but have recently decided to really work hard on losing it and keeping it off! I am 5'5 and 230 lbs, 42 years old, not married but very happy with the people that I love.
It will be nice having someone to share tips with and I am glad I am here! Nice to meet you all!

I am sure you will find the support you need here. This is a great place to get the advice and support you will need to beat this battle. Have you set goals for yourself? Read around the sticky threads they are a big help.
