Hi everyone. I want to start out by saying I know I don't need to lose weight but I will be more comfortable if I do. So I am. And yes I know about bmi and ttc.

I had a son three years ago and had finally lost the weight last summer. I became pregnant again in Nov. 2007 but had a miscarriage at 13 weeks. I gained a hefty 10 pounds during this time so here I am with baby weight but no baby.

My husband and I have decided to wait a while before ttc again so I have decided to focus my interests elsewhere and try to shape up for bikini season.

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. While 10lbs won't make much difference, mentally it will change the world for me.
