An introduction

Hello folks. I figure I should do one of these.

My name is Kat. I'm 19 years old, and a college student. I've struggled with my weight ever since I gave up eating well in high school and told myself that boredom eating was a great way to eat. Right now, I'm 5'2 and 150 pounds and am looking to be about 110-115. It's bikini season and everyone on campus is wearing all sorts of cute outfits that I'd prefer not to wear in my current state. No set time frame for this, but I want to be well on my way by the time I start school again.

Hello and Welcome Kat to the forum!
your only 150, thats great because it wont take you too long to be 115-110
If it's done right, and you exercise it may take 4-5 months at the least. Which is just a guess.
It's great that you joined. Stick around it's great and motivational here.

Probably a bit longer than that, I'm afraid. Less than a year, yes, but if I'm trying for one pound a week, that's still 10 months.
