I guess I joined this forum to be a little inspired...... and give me hope a bit.
I've been a gym member since late Feb. and my goal was to lose weight (by lose weight, i mean flatter belly and stuff) by May.
I've been going to the gym 3 - 5 times a day.
my usual workout has been running on the treadmill, burning about 300 ~ 500 cal. and then getting on the stair climber and burn 600 cal.
my average cal. burned everytime i go to the gym is about 900.. but recently it came down to about 700 and sometimes 500
the only difference in my eating from before when i started working out is that i don't eat junk food anymore. no soda.. no candy.. no snack.. no nothing x D
i've also recently joined yoga.. but that's only going to be for once a week
i also play softball everyday.... and i break a few sweat with that too
it's about to be the end of april already and i still don't see any kind of results. for anything, i feel like i'm just gaining weight.
i was wondering if you guys can help me out... tell me what i'm doing wrong or what i should try doing....
dieting is compeletely impossible for me because my mom... she uh... u know, she's a MOM so she has to make sure i eat x ]
