Hey
Hey, Im Nicole.
Never really been on a forum before. I live in Sheffield, Im 5Ft1 and weigh 10 stone 4lbs , so overweight. Im only young so being overweight at my age cant be good.
Ive started Aerobics and will try any tips anyone gives me. From reading the comments before you seem really nice. To be in weight i need to loose about a stone so thats my goal. If i find anything good, i'll let you know
