JamesH is on a distinguished road
Hey

Just thought I'd say hi!

been at this weight loss stuff for quite a while, thought i'd come to keep myself motavated and offer any advice Ive learnt over the last 3 years.

Im 190 cm tall, 189lbs, body fat remaining is all in the mid-section. Waist of 38 inches, hips of 41inches (Intend to get as close to 34 for my birthday in july! so 1.5 cm off a week for 9 weeks.. gonna be tough!) But i definately (as lame as it sounds) Big boned.. i am 6'2" afterall!!

Currently lost 13lbs since feburary 1st, but ive got more serious as of last week. (and lost 3 lbs)

I dont really calorie count to an extreme level anymore, i know what to avoid, anything new i do look at the labels though!
Im basically following my own diet, taken from the ZONE diet and Atkins. (basically high protein, low carbs)

My curent workout regieme is:
Monday - nothing (soon to be replaced with gym in evenings)
Tuesday - Swimming
Wednesday- Free weights, low cardio
Thursday - Swimming
Friday - Gym (resistance and cardio)
Saturday - measurements and interval training
Sunday - Gym (resistance and cardio)

Dunno what else i should say/if ive said too much!
all whilst being at school and using public transport..

welcome james...

If you haven't already -i'd suggest reading some of the stickied threads in the exercise forum -it might give you some ideas on your workouts... or after reading thru them - ask some questions...

have fun while you're here
