I was just wondering what sort of weight loss you can expect on the Herbalife diet.
I have been on the Cambridge diet for the last 12 weeks (4weeks Sole source and 8 weeks Sole source+) and have lost 54lbs.
I'm finding that £40/week is a little on the expensive side and knowing that Herbalife is cheaper, is it as good?

YOu'll lose more weight and keep it off if you commit to a lifestyle change and eat real food and exercise.

I think the only herbalife users on this forum are those that are trying to sell their product..
