Hi, I'm new!

Hey everyone, I'm Stephanie and I'm new here. I've got quite a bit of weight to lose, and this looks like a great place to get some support. I currently weight 208, having already lost 7 pounds. I'm hoping to get down to my goal weight of 120 pounds. I'm just trying to eat healthy and exercise. Fad diets do not work for me, so I'm trying to eat low calorie and low fat foods.
