Hello my real name is Jeff. I do drive semi for my living so I have let myself go. So here is the deal, I stopped smoking the first of the year. (3 packs a day) So after 5 + months I feel I have gotten some wind back. Recently Last week I had joined a gym and started the tread mill. After 4 times and one week at the gym I had started to take a bike with me in the semi. Now anytime I can get 20-30 min. on that thing I go for it. Yesterday I did 3 miles, today as a family we have went 4.5 miles today.
My current weight is 377 I would like to lose 125+, I am 5' 10 ". When I was in the service I use to run 5 miles in the morning and 5 at night. Hope some day I will be back at that point again.
