Hello, I'm new here. Not sure what to say so this will be short and sweet. I'm a 37 year old male from South Carolina and I've got to lose a whopping 180 pounds, I've lost about 20 pounds over the last few months. I recently had blood work done and thank god everything came out find. But I know if I don't change now I'll start having issues before I know it. Not much else to say other than I'm looking forward to meeting the people here and learning lots of stuff.
