Just a quick hello to all you weight watchers.
A few years ago (about 7) I was slight overweight

and went on a
diet and proceded to loose 6 1/2
stone over about 9 months. Mainly by analaysing what I was eating, how much, when i was eating and exersizing. Gradually it all came back and last year I went on the same
diet and lost 2 1/2
stone with 4 months. Since then I have put on a
stone and I'm now 22
stone nearly my 23
stone record. I have started my
diet yet again and hopefully I can pass on tips and help as I go.
By the way I'm looking to head to loose 6
stone again back to my ideal 16
stone. I am big build and 6ft 6in and 16 is my correct size.
