Hi, my name's Joe. Hopeing to give and receive...

Hey there,

I'm obviously new here and thought that I would introduce myself.

Firstly Ill describe myself physically. I stand at 6 ft and currently weigh 275. I lost 60 lbs over the course of the past year, but now it seems that I have come to a plateu.

My workout ranges from 4x a week of heavy dumbell lifts with 2-4x hours of cardio a week. I work with. Personal trainer 3-4x weekly. For the last 5 months I have been at a standstill of sorts weight wise. I work out a decent amount and still don't even average a lb a wk.

My calorie intake ranges from 1400 to a max of 2000 a day. A day of working out burns approx. 800-1200 cal.

I'm looking for help and support and I believe that this forum will be the perfect place. Also I hope that at some point I can help someone here with all that I have learned over the past couple of years. Bye for now
