Hi Everyone... I joined about a week or so ago... This forum has a lot of good information in it.. and I look forward to learning and sharing what I learn along my journey... I've beeen at my weight loss/exercise/lifestyle change now for about a month...so far I am doind pretty well... My only hope is that I dont fizzle and start to lose focus... I think (i hope) ive got the the food/nutrition aspect handled... its the keeping up with the exercise... I played organized football for over 15 years... Aside from loving the sport.. on of the things that I also loved about it was that it kinda forced you to stay in shape (not a bad side effect eh?)... About 2 year ago I tore my achilles and I am now on the road to getting back to my old form..such that hopefully next year, I wil be able to play again.. I started a diary which has a lot of the stuff Ive been doing up to this point.. its in no particular order but it will be going forward... I look forward to participating here...
