Hey, I'm new!

Hi. I'm glad I ran across this forum and i thought I might belong.

Three months ago I decided to stop being depressed about being fat. The day after I broke up with my boyfriend I got off the pill and started doing yoga, bike riding and weight lifting.

In the first week I lost 7 and a half inches!

I have now lost 17 and a half inches all over and I have only lost 4 pounds.

Has anyone else lost tons of inches and very little poundage?

ps
I am 19, 5'1", 155 with a 28 inch waist. I must be quite muscular with how heavy I am...

thanks... I'm really starting to feel good about my body, that is new to me.

now i know that it's not all about pounds but about how you look and feel.

I never thought that i would weigh 155 pounds and feel alright about it!
