I do have a plan but being a woman, a still very hormonal woman, I can go between any number of personalities around that time

these are the times that I just want to eat the house out and unfortunately because I don't have any kids to compete with to beat me to it..........I DO
So......this is where I'm going to need alot of support.
I am going to start exercising slowly (so, I don't kill myself)
I actually use to be in decent shape and because I'm pretty tall (5'9") and the weight seems to hide well, I've just let myself go and have to make some better food choices than my normal (Candy, ice-cream, sauces.....)
unfortunately, if it's too rich for some, it tastes great to me.
I'm going to start with spicing up my meals instead of greasin' them up with butter.
How have you been able to manage your weight and feel satisfied and motivated?
I've never been one to journal, but I think just writing down just exactly I do eat might help and possibly doing some pictures along the way might help.
