Rep Power: 6924 | | | I love your image! How awesome...fast food is EVIL! First of all, let me compliment you on how AWESOME it is for you to have lost so much weight already! Kudos to you! I'd love to be a workout buddy for you...I figure since we started about the same time...I joined yesterday...we could totally work it out together on the forum. I'm at 165lbs right now and look to loose 35lbs more. Let's figure it out and get a move on!
I'll be going to the gym today for cardio 1 hour and weights 30-45 min. Let me know how you do today if you workout. You got this!

I usually do 1 hour of running and 40 minutes of weights also.  I kinda did bad today, but i have anemia and i was just too tired! plu i was running aorund the mall for 4 hours yesterday with my cousin.
