Hello Everyone,
I must start out by mentioning that the reason I joined this forum is because I am looking for good information for
weight loss and weight training and additionally, I am paranoid of gaining weight back.
I know it sounds common but its like this... I am 5'3 and weigh 132
pounds (this
pm), however, I was 180
pounds one year ago. After having my second (and
last child I should mention) I decided it was time to bring my sexy back! Needless to say, I have been
dieting and exercising for 1 1/2 years and it took 6 months for me to even lose the first
pound.
My
goal: To lose the extra
pounds around my mid section (which I think will diminish if I lose 10
pounds) and further tone my
body.
I know I will gain great knowledge from the sticky's and forum but I would appreciate any advice.
