I'm a newbie to this website and need some major motivation! I need someone to keep me accountable!
My story:
I grew up as an active child and teenager and never had a weight issue. After I became in engaged in 1990 (at age 19), I started putting on the weight. I kept gaining weight and by 1999 (at age 28) I weighed 208.
At that time I visited a bariatric doctor and by watching my
fat grams,
calories, water consumption, and taking phentermine, I lost 70+
pounds.
The weight stayed off about 3 years and then I started gaining again.
My all time high, as of a few months ago was 219. I've lost 6
pounds, which puts my present weight at 213.
I'm excited to meet cool folks who are willing to give and receive encouragement and motivation on this journey!
