He's about 6'1'' and 210 lbs....but he says he's going to do it by working out alone, where as I think I'll do better with dieting. It's going to be tough with him eating whatever he wants, while I count points for everything!! How did you get him to get on board with you? |

Rep Power: 0 | | New here as well..... I have 40-50 pounds to lose to be in a wedding in May!!! I know I can't realistically lose that much by then, but maybe 20 or 30? I am exploring the new world of protein shakes (any suggestions there?) and portion control. I am going to start using my treadmill too...is there a place to keep track of exercising on this site?
