Good for you! I'm totally trying to convince my man to lose weight too, we both need to! He's about 6'1'' and 210 lbs....but he says he's going to do it by working out alone, where as I think I'll do better with dieting. It's going to be tough with him eating whatever he wants, while I count points for everything!! How did you get him to get on board with you?
I have 40-50 pounds to lose to be in a wedding in May!!! I know I can't realistically lose that much by then, but maybe 20 or 30? I am exploring the new world of protein shakes (any suggestions there?) and portion control. I am going to start using my treadmill too...is there a place to keep track of exercising on this site?
