Rep Power: 0 | | | 18 year old male 6-2.5--215 Hey all...Im in college and I tend to drink a lot of brews and eat a lot of bad food, and not work out that much to be honest, and i mean im not obese by any means, i would like to be like 180 or 185 again, i was that weight in like sophmore year and i just want some suggestions on some good results to get to that weight...and does anyone know how long it will take to do that? |

Rep Power: 0 | | Your body changes as you get older. Often, you will get wider. Like me, my shoulders are broader now that I'm 30 then when they were when I was 20.
If you aren't fat, you shouldn't worry about the number on the scale. Maybe you have some flab, maybe you don't. You don't really say.
Just do more walking. Walking is great exercise.
Be warned about the poor eating habits in college. I did the same thing, and those poor habits followed me well out of college. The result: I put on 95 lbs. in 10 years. |
