Need help with weight, please help

Hello, I'm in desperate help.

I'm 18 starting college.
243 Pounds 5"11-6Ft Tool, haven't checked height in a while.

I have the infamous "manboobs" and they ruin me. I try to hide them as much as possible.

Now I dont look fat, I can live with a little belly its just the manboobs that standout and I really want to reduce them and or tone them

Yes I know they wont go away without surgery But I just want to make them smaller and look more like pecs instead of fatness..


IM WILLING TO DO WHATS NECESSARY
I'm beginning a diet, water/wheat/fruit....

I have a tredmil, bench/weights.

Moving in 2 weeks will have access to a gym.

I need suggestions to mainly focus on the MANBOOBS and how to reduce and shrink them..

I know it will take time...
I dont need someone to post bad I need help, a voice, a guide...

Thank you, this will change my life

Mike - first things first is to work on your diet, read the stickies There are great ones on nutrition and fitness.

Second, see if you can get a short term membership at a gym and consult with a trainer. They can set up a program for you to work on what you want to work on.

Getting healthy and replacing fat with muscle will make your body change.

Hang in there. You can do it
