Rep Power: 0 | | Hi I'm new and I need advice Hi there, my name is Mandy I am 230 pounds and would like to reach 160. I am really struggling. I feel addicted to food. I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week but I can't stop eating. I recently had a baby and I am worried that I won't be able to do the thing sI'd like to with him, because I am too heavy. I am so SICK of thinking about this. I want to lose the weight SO bad but I always fail. any advice?? |

Rep Power: 28 | | hi mandy and welcome to the weight loss forum! what issues exactly are you struggling with? are you a carb addict? addicted to junk food? have you thought about starting a food/exercise diary here? that way we can get a better idea of your habits and can give you some advice to get you started.(once we see what your weak areas are!) |

thank you for your response....I would say that I like absolutely everything that is bad for me! I LOVE eating out. I'm definately addicted to carbs. I've done the Atkins thing and it worked I lost a lot of weight but I slowly felt more and more unhealthy. I think what I need are some healthy thought patterns...change old habits. How do I start a food and excercise diary?

eating out...ughhhh...its my weakness! its the only thing i am having trouble with since starting! |
