Quitting smoking vs. stressors vs. the emotional gotta-have-it vs. bad eating habits
So, the quitting is getting seriously hard right now. Like, I have certain times of the day when I just gotta have it. Today, on the way home for lunch break, just 3 hits off of a black & mild cigar did the trick, I would've been fine after that. (The black & mild's seem to work ok, I haven't bought a pack of smokes since Monday). But when I got home, my daughter & I got into an argument, and the stress of that caused me to relapse into having to have some more on the way back to work. Then I feel completely disgusted with myself. What's really hard is now that I'm working until 5 pm, we don't eat as well as we used to. When I was on WW, and had a part-time job, I could take the time to plan healthy meals within my points range, and take the time to cook them . Now by the time I get home, it's hurry up & eat, so we opt for convenience foods or take-out. And the cost of grocery shopping is killing us......I only have so much money I can allot to groceries, and it seems that "healthy" meals cost more because they seem to require more ingredients and a higher price. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to beat this?????
