New to board, not to being Big!

Hi everybody!
As the title says, I'm new to this board, but not to being big.
I started being "chubby" (like 20 lbs overweight) when I was 14 yrs old. It sounds like nothing, but in the early 70's it was tough! Bony, like Twiggy, was still "in" and chubbies were not!! Despite that I had a normal dating life.
Thank God for guys/men who like curvy women!
I am happily married now for 30 years, have 3 grown children and 1 grandchild, a beautiful, 18 mo old, Alivia!
However, that's where my life stops. Due to bad health, and being morbidly obese I am pretty much housebound. My back is so bad now that I can't make it through a grocery store without riding one of those electric carts.
It's not all caused by my weight, 'cause I do have verified back diseases, but being overweight doesn't help!
My main link to the world is my computer, so I'm either on it or reading a good book.
Looking for a diet that works for me.
