Hi all- ex-weight lifting enhancement user, now looking to redeem himself

Hello all-

I figured I'd introduce myself first-

I've been weight lifting on and off, for over the past 8 years not.

At the age of 25 I started using anadrol/dbol (aka steroids).
At the time, I was in a mindset thinking that if I cycled on and off in 3 x 4 mointh intervals it'd be fine.
Needless to say I've regretted this immensly- I did this for aproximately 1.5 years- and if anything I believe it's aged me...I will NEVER recomend this to anybody.
I cycled on/off untill I was 27 years old.
I started at aprox. 215lbs and jumped to 260.

I still do weightlift (starting to get back into it) however my goals have been retro-fited into health vs. size.

and I'm sorry, but health wins
I have a beatifull partner in life, and want to offer her the best person I can be- and being 260 lbs doesnt' make me too happy.
SO- i'll cut to the chase-

I'm 29 years old, 6'1 and now weighing in at 260lbs (no anabolics, just protein and omega 3-6-9's and CLA)
I have a 52" chest, 18.5" neck and 20" biceps, otherwise genetically I have a very large frame.

I am currently looking to lose weight, specifically around my stomach.
My shoulders/chest/arms/back everything is fine by me- however I'm not happy with my 38" waistband.

My REALISTIC goal is to lose ~20 lbs by New Years.

Hurdles that may get in my way-
I'm currently on SSRI's (Zoloft) and from what i've read it is EXTREMELY difficult to lose weight with these...I'm weening off of them, but that can take up to 1yr.

I have a desk job.

Eitherway, that about sums it all up...

Hope to get to know some of you during this
-Ry
