Hey peoples,
I'm Chandra from MD. I've been lurking around the forum for the past week and have to say you guys are totally motivating. I'm happy to be joining the forum and maybe even dish out some motivation myself. SW: 168 CW: 163.5 GW: 128 Height: 5'0"
Ok, so you'll notice I'm quite short but I also have a large frame and I'm naturally muscular (ummm, under all the flab). I'm trying to find the right balance of strength and weight training so that I wont end up with non-removable shoulder pads. Oh, and I'm trying to learn to love my elliptical.  |
