TheSword is on a distinguished road
Hello from Iraq

Greetings all who read this.

You can just call me The Sword, I am here for more of a tracker, and a community more then anything, I am in the Army, stationed in Iraq.

I go to the Gym almost everyday, depending on mission of course, and my goals i set for myself are to be more realistic then anything.

When i first got here to Iraq i was weighing around 245. I can add this to my not caring what i ate before i got here sence i would be saying goodbye to every Burgerking, Mc'D, and Carl's Jr. i've ever know, so i was a glutton i suppose.

It's been 12 Weeks sence i have started a workout program. Alternating Chest, Arms, Back, Abs, and Sholders. Seeing huge gains from where i was at now, taking protein, and going out on mission almost everyday keeps me at a stationary 235-240 depending on my current water weight.

I have done almost no running, which is a hard one for me. I have zero motivation in any type of running. Being solo in this makes it even less desirable. Seeing as i will be heading home soon for my midtour, i needed to start setting some goals. That should be a good start for now.

-The Sword
