Hi everyone,

My name is Glenn 23yrs old, from London, Ontario Canada. I am 5'8 and currently 228lbs, I am first looking to reach my first goal of 180, which is the weight I was at before I went into college.

Currently I am trying P90X not really following there diet but Iam just eating a lot more healthier, and drinking a lot more water. I am currently doing cardio on my lunch break at the gym and then come home and do p90x with a friend.

I am getting married May 2, 2009 and need to make a change in my life in order to be happy with photos.....lol

I suggest starting a diary in diaries section where you can log your process and other people can offer support and suggestions.

Welcome! I agree with the suggestion to start a diary... not only will it help you keep track of your ups and downs, weight loss and feelings, but it will give others a place to get to know you better and then you'll have many friends supporting you on your journey! Good luck! You can definitely reach your wedding date goal!

Thanks sunnydee and Paulab, I just created a diary called "Glenns imput Diary" I will try to keep it updated as much as possible.......This is a real tough journey in the start I can feel it now.
