Yes I am
fat . I weight about 280
pounds . I would like to get healthy. I weighed in at about 220 in college, and would like to get down to that again or better. I am about 5'-7".
my
goal is to loss 60
pounds then gain about 10-15
pounds of muscle.
will start a diary and see what I can do
