Hey... SO I was looking for some inspiration for weightloss and i came across this forum... i thought i would join because it looks pretty supportive...

So I'm lynette.... i think 130 kgs so thats 286 about pounds.

Im 5"11... and Am studying at university...

Next year when i have a full time job i will be going on lite n easy, which is a weightloss program where they basicly send you all the food that you eat during the week.

I have lost weight before... Ive like 18.9 kgs which is about 42 pounds.
But then I have put back on 30 kilos. I kinda sabotaged myself because I was getting to a level I have not been to in a long time. and I got scared.

Regardless

ATM I want to do it on my own with portion control, exercise and drinking more water.

So yeah... thats alll.....
I know i can do this... Im worth it, and Its going to make my life so much better, so much easier, and will allow me to gain the confidence to make me so much more happy within myself

Hi! I'm pretty new myself so I don't have that many pieces of advice, but I can inspire you!

I'm looking to lose some weight myself, like everyone else on this site I guess, but it's always good to have a friend.

I'm not quite as tall as you, but sort of close (5 foot 7 inches).

I want to lose 24 pounds in total, but I'm working slowly, which everyone should do in my opinion. You've got the rest of your life to make it to your goal!

Speaking of goals, mine is 100 lbs. I think we could be really good motivators to each other to get to a place that we want to be at.
