I am new here. I have been looking for a place that I can talk about loosing weight and have people that actually encourage me not just say ok that is good. My family never even give me any kind of energy that I have been doing good.
I started trying to really loose weight on Sept.19 of this month. I am on a 1800 calorie diet and exercise moderately 30 mins. and walk a 1 mile a day at 2.5-3.0 mph. I also use the calorie King software to keep track of everything I do for the day.
