Hiya Flanders here, don't really know what to say so I'll just jump right into it. I'm 27 years old, in reasonably good health, 6 year veteran of the US Air Force, and I'm what I'd call severely overweight. I'm 5'11 and 251lbs, ever since I left the military the pounds have been slowly stacking up, and I'm finally to my breaking point and I'm tired of it. I've set a goal in my head of 165lbs, which is what I weighed after I finished basic training and so many years ago.
Needless to say, I know I have a daunting task ahead of myself, and that it isn't going to be a quick turn around, but by next summer I'd like to be able to go out on the lake and not feel like a whale.
